SignLix provides informational trend intelligence, summaries, and related content derived from publicly available signals. The site is currently free to browse. Paid plans may be introduced later; any future paid features will be described at the time of purchase.

We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, dataset, score, category, brief, newsletter, or page at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific trend, source, page, or historical score will remain available.

You may use the site only if you can legally agree to these Terms and comply with applicable law. If you use the site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for your own decisions, systems, devices, internet connection, and compliance obligations when using SignLix.

• Misrepresent SignLix content as your original research without attribution where sharing is otherwise permitted
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, robots instructions, or access controls
• Use automated systems to create excessive requests or degrade site performance
• Use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission

Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of individual pages with proper attribution is allowed. Bulk reuse, automated extraction, and data sales are not.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the public pages of SignLix for personal or internal informational use. This license does not include bulk extraction, resale, sublicensing, mirroring, framing, or creating a substitute service.

The SignLix name, logo, site design, scoring presentation, and original text we publish are owned by SpreeCode (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors. Public third-party content referenced or summarized remains subject to the rights of its original owners.

You may link to public SignLix pages and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not copy substantial parts of the site, remove attribution, or use our content to train, populate, or improve a competing commercial product without written permission.

SignLix may reference third-party websites, sources, articles, products, brands, or public discussions. These references are provided for context. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, legality, security, or privacy practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpreeCode (OPC) Private Limited and its officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, if greater).

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or any other legal theory. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpreeCode (OPC) Private Limited from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

If you believe content on SignLix is inaccurate, infringes your rights, or should be reviewed, contact info@signlix.xyz with the page URL, your concern, and supporting context. We may correct, annotate, remove, or decline to change content at our discretion.

We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the service.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the courts in New Delhi, India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
